Do you provide free estimates?

Is custom cabinetry and millwork expensive?

Not when you factor in the quality of construction and the lifespan of our products. If properly maintained, our products will outlast cheaper stock options. You should also consider the endless options and personal touch available when you order custom. Being a part of designing your millwork to your specifications will enhance the functionality and ensure it fits your exact needs. Many of our clients are pleasantly surprised at how reasonably priced our products are. We encourage you to visit our studio to look, feel and see the difference of our product. Our design, build and finish are superior to what is commonly offered at the big box stores.

Do you warranty your work?

Absolutely.  We offer a five year product warranty and provide lifetime service calls as long as you, the original purchaser, own the product. As the original purchaser of Madison Millwork custom cabinetry, you will own cabinetry built to the highest standards of workmanship and materials. This exceptional quality is evidenced by our warranty. As long as our care instructions are followed, we warrant our cabinetry to be free from defects in material or workmanship for five years. Our responsibility and liability are limited to repair or replacement, as we may determine. This warranty does not apply to defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse, modifications, or conditions.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.  All of our employees are covered through Worker's Compensation Coverage and we carry Liability Coverage.

What isn't covered under warranty?
  • Service calls to correct the installation by others of the covered product, or to explain the usage of the product to the buyer.

  • Repairs necessitated by use other than normal home use.

  • Wear and tear, damage or defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of God, alteration, non-residential use, improper storage, or handling, improper cleaning, or cleaning product damage to materials or finishes.

  • Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a Madison Millwork & Cabinet Co. authorized technician.

  • Products or parts purchased without a finish.

  • The natural aging or darkening of wood color, the inherent growth characteristics of, or variation in woods.

This warranty excludes all industrial, commercial and business usage, whose purchasers are hereby extended a (1) one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except the duration of the warranty.

How much do you charge for service calls?

All service calls are billed at $85.00 per man hour.  There is a three hour minimum charge on all service calls which must be paid prior to the scheduling of your service call.  Any labor time required above the minimum charge will be billed at $85.00 per man hour.
